Tai chi is not just about physical movements, the key to the power of Tai chi exercise is within the Internal Principles. Using these Internal Principles, movements are Transformed into Genuine Tai chi practice. Without the Internal Principles one is left with empty movements that only externally resemble Tai chi.
When we combine the external forms with the Internal Principles one is able to refine and empower all aspects of one's being because Health is not just one-dimensional.
It's an amazing journey learning the movements, but it's even more fascinating learning and applying the internal principles!
