Struggling to Meditate?

Remember that clearing your mind is not an On/Off switch!

 Most important things to consider:

1. Meditate regularly: Results accumulate gradually over time. Inner stability needs nurturing and grows with attention.

2. Don't expect that your mind needs to be completely clear straight away: This happens over time with practice.

3. Start with the amount of Clarity that you have: You might notice that during meditation you get moments of inner silence. Start with this! Maybe it lasts 30 seconds and then several minutes pass before you realise you lost it. Work on expanding the 30 seconds little by little. Eventually with regular practice and patience, it can be extended to several minutes and so forth!

This is the best path to Mastery because you won't put unrealistic expectations on yourself and you'll see positive results over time.
