Emotional Management with Qigong

What does Qigong teach us about emotion? It is an energy formation; let is pass through you. Don't resist it, don't try to control it, don't ignore it. It will rise and fall like everything else. Don't indulge in it!


Honour it for what it is. Suppress it and it may not be evident on the surface but inside it will erode your walls and what was once a wave may also swell into storm. There is no escape from the friction caused by the weather; learn how to ride it as smoothly as possible.
