• Structure and Internal Principles: A weekly one hour group Tai chi video class - Live - via Skype. Our school teaches Wu Hao Style Tai chi which is known for its short, practical movements. Tai chi is not so much about the moments; it is about the specific internal principles applied to the movements. Our school gives each person the opportunity to learn the crucial Tai chi internal principles which transform and integrate body movements into authentic & powerful Tai chi practice.

• Guidance and Results: Close supervision and individual instruction and corrections during classes to ensure that you get the most out of classes and your home Tai chi practice. Avoid mistakes that can hold you back for years!

• All Experience Levels: We have classes for both beginners and experienced Tai chi practitioners.

• A to Z approach: We understand the needs of each student and how Tai chi develops human personal power and  potential
